DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Nutritional guidance and diet planning are integral to our holistic approach to fitness. They are included in our personal training packages at no additional cost, ensuring that you receive comprehensive support in achieving your fitness goals.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

We recommend starting with basic and versatile equipment such as resistance bands, a yoga mat, dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a stability ball. As you progress and become more comfortable with your home workouts, you may consider investing in more specialized equipment depending on your fitness goals and preferences.

ARE YOUR TRAINERS CERTIFIED?

DO YOU OFFER GROUP CLASSES OR ONLY PERSONAL TRAINING?

CAN I TRY A CLASS BEFORE COMMITTING TO A MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, we encourage you to schedule a free consultation where you can learn more about our services and discuss your fitness goals. Based on the consultation, we can arrange a trial class or session for you.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO JOIN THE FITNESS SUITE?

While we cater to a wide age range, we recommend that individuals be at least 16 years old to participate in our group classes and personal training sessions.

WHAT ARE THE OPERATING HOURS OF THE FITNESS SUITE?

Our gym operates from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, personal training sessions and group class schedules may vary, so we recommend contacting us for specific timings.

DO YOU PROVIDE LOCKERS AND CHANGING ROOMS?

​Yes, we offer secure lockers and comfortable changing rooms, along with shower facilities, for your convenience.

CAN I BRING A GUEST WITH ME TO THE GYM?

Yes, we welcome you to bring a guest to The Fitness Suite. However, please note that guests are required to pay a drop-in fee for using the gym facilities or attending group classes. For more information on guest policies, please contact our front desk.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR STUDENTS, SENIORS, OR CORPORATE GROUPS?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND CLASSES OR TRAINING SESSIONS?

The frequency of attending classes or personal training sessions depends on your fitness goals, availability, and personal preferences. Our trainers can help you design a schedule that works best for you, ensuring a balanced approach to help you achieve your goals.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?

To cancel or reschedule a personal training session, please contact your trainer or our front desk staff at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and enables your trainer to adjust their schedule accordingly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS FROM MY FITNESS PROGRAM?

The time it takes to see results from your fitness program varies depending on factors such as your starting fitness level, consistency, and adherence to the program. Generally, noticeable improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness can be seen within a few weeks to a few months of consistent training and proper nutrition.

CAN I FREEZE OR PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, you can freeze or pause your membership for a specified period due to medical reasons, travel, or other personal circumstances. Please contact our front desk staff to discuss the terms and conditions for freezing your membership.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE OR VIRTUAL TRAINING OPTIONS?

Yes, we understand the need for flexibility and convenience, which is why we offer online or virtual training options. You can work with our trainers remotely and access a variety of workout programs and support materials to help you stay on track with your fitness goals.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE FITNESS SUITE?

Yes, we have ample parking spaces available for our clients at The Fitness Suite. Parking is free and conveniently located near the entrance of our facility.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?
